The third annual Council Bluffs Tattoo and Arts Convention took place on July 2nd – July 4th 2021 at the Mid America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Tattoo artists and vendors from around the midwest showed up and displayed their talents to thousands of attendees, and those in attendance got to witness live tattooing, piercing, art and vendor booths, and live entertainment. I attended the event on Saturday, and was able to catch a few performances from James Maltman, former Ringling Brothers and Barnam & Bailey Circus performer, and world-famous escape artist, Magic Brian. They were both hilarious and did a great job getting the crowd involved. In total, over 50 tattoo artists, piercers, clothing and jewelry vendors, and entertainers wowed crowds over the three-day event.
