July 9, 2023 – Orpheum Theater – Omaha, NE
On Sunday night July 9th, RuPaul’s Drag Race “Werq The World” World Tour sashayed its way through the Orpheum Theater in Omaha, Nebraska, and it was a party like no other.
Thousands of fans packed the theater to witness Asia O’Hara, Laganja Estranja, Lady Camden, Bosco, Rosé, DeJa Skye, and Mistress Isabelle Brooks tear up the stage.
O’Hara, who placed fourth in the tenth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, and has been a staple cast member of the show in Vegas, hosted the show, and she was awesome!
The set was unbelievable. Adorned with mechanical time capsules, alien-like structures, flashing lights, and two huge metal staircases that led to a raised platform, the set was truly awe-inspiring.
Fans in attendance went crazy as each performer took the stage for the first time. The lights, music, costumes, and performances were impeccable, and just like the Drag Race Christmas show last December, the performers definitely gave fans their money’s worth.
They even pulled two local drag performers on stage for an impromptu lip sync battle, which had the crowd on their feet cheering for their favorites.
