Violet Chachki vs. Gottmik: The Knockout Tour

October 14, 2025 – The Waiting Room – Omaha, NE

If you love amazing drag performances and nonstop fun, The Waiting Room in Omaha, Nebraska was the place to be on Tuesday night, October 14, 2025, when Violet Chachki and Gottmik brought their Knockout Tour to town. The show was a total blast from start to finish, and fans packed the venue for an unforgettable night of fierce performances, stunning visuals, and pure entertainment.

Before the main event, the crowd was treated to an incredible lineup of local drag talent. The show opened with Faleasha Savage, who always delivers, followed by Giselle Jacobs, Xandra Maddox, Dahlia Cerise, and Dren Kennedy. Each performer brought their own unique style and energy to the stage, and as someone who’s watched many of them perform over the years, I can say they just keep getting better and better.

After a brief hype video, the main event began, and the energy in the room exploded. Violet Chachki and Gottmik hit the stage, joined by two handsome, scantily clad dancers who added even more heat to an already electric show. The chemistry between Violet and Gottmik was undeniable, and their witty banter and crowd interaction made the performance feel personal and spontaneous.

Violet Chachki, best known for winning Season 7 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, is a drag, burlesque, and aerial performer with a reputation for high fashion and flawless aesthetics. Her attention to detail, confidence, and vintage-inspired style have earned her a global following.

Gottmik, meanwhile, made history as the first trans man to compete on RuPaul’s Drag Race and has since become one of the most recognizable names in modern drag. A talented makeup artist and performer, Gottmik’s creativity and charisma have taken her around the world, and her partnership with Violet on this tour is pure gold.

The music, lights, and costume changes were all top-tier, and every number felt like a carefully crafted piece of art mixed with a dash of playful chaos. Violet and Gottmik both know how to command a stage and keep an audience engaged, and the show was the perfect mix of glamour, comedy, and attitude.

If you get the chance to catch The Knockout Tour, don’t miss it. It’s a wild, stylish, and high-energy experience that proves why Violet Chachki and Gottmik are two of the best in the business.
