The Third Time’s A Charm for Alan Jackson Fans

September 13, 2019 – CHI Health Center – Omaha, NE

After rescheduling two times due to a death in the family and an upper respiratory infection, Alan Jackson took over the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska on Friday Night September 13th

Before Jackson took the stage, Vicksburg, Mississippi native, William Michael Morgan got the crowd riled up and ready to go.  Morgan, who’s only 26, is no stranger to the stage, having opened for numerous other mainstream acts and receiving publishing and recording deals before he was 20 years old.  Morgan performed for about a half hour and played some of his most recognizable hits including, “I Met a Girl”, and “Missing.”

Next to the stage was the headliner for the evening, multi-platinum recording artist Alan Jackson.  Jackson made his way to the stage and concertgoers went crazy.  He’s sold over 80 million records, achieved 35 number one hits, and was inducted to the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2017.  Despite all of his accolades, Jackson acted like a normal guy, and informed the crowd that him and his band are “pretty laid back”, and asked permission to “sing some country music.”  The thing that I loved most about him is that he seemed so humble and appreciative of everyone in the sold-out CHI Health Center.  His set included a plethora of number one hits and an amazing encore.  At 60 years old, he doesn’t seem to be slowing down a bit, and he had his fans on their feet and singing along the whole time.  His energy and personality were so great, I don’t think you would’ve had to be a country music fan to enjoy this show.  Winner of numerous American Music Awards, Grammy Awards, Country Music Association Awards, and Billboard Music Awards, it’s easy to see why Alan Jackson has such an enormous and loyal fan base.
