Santana Rocks Omaha

To witness someone that’s perfected their craft is an amazing thing!  That’s exactly what concertgoers in Omaha, Nebraska experienced on April 9, 2022 when Latin Rock superstar, Carlos Santana and his band played the CHI Health Center.

Santana was formed in San Francisco, California in 1966, and has been entertaining crowds worldwide ever since.  That’s almost six decades, and they’re still going strong.

There was no opening band for this show, so after a brief audio and video package was shown, Carlos Santana and his band took the stage.

Outfitted with his trademark fedora, blue jeans, and a colorful hooded sweatshirt, Carlos Santana and his band played for nearly two hours, and gave the crowd their money’s worth!

The band has won eight Grammy Awards, three Latin Grammy Awards, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and is known internationally as one of the greatest Latin acts in history.  Having produced over twenty studio albums, and with over eight million monthly listeners on Spotify alone, Santana’s music continues to entertain and influence people all around the world.  The amount of talent on that stage was absolutely spectacular, and at age 74, Carlos Santana hasn’t missed a step.  He looked and sounded great, and thanked everyone in attendance for their continued support.

If you have the chance to see Santana in concert, do it!  You will not be disappointed!
