Noah Kahan’s Stick Season Summer Tour ‘23 concert was nothing short of extraordinary, leaving the audience captivated and spellbound throughout his entire performance. The tour made a stop at Stir Cove in Council Bluffs, Iowa on Sunday night July 23rd. The night kicked off with an incredible performance from Josiah & The Bonnevilles, a solo act featuring Josiah Leming, from Morristown, Tennessee. This guy was absolutely amazing, and it wasn’t until halfway through his set that I realized I’ve been a fan of his music dating back to his days on American Idol in 2008. Leming treated fans in attendance with his original music and popular covers from Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber. His rendition of “Ghost” gave me goosebumps, and the crowd clung onto every word. Josiah has over 1.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify, but isn’t signed to a major record label. He writes, records, and produces his music right from his bedroom! This was the perfect way to kick off, what turned out to be, an incredible night.
After a brief intermission, it was time for the headliner.
From the moment Noah Kahan stepped on stage, there was an electric energy in the air. Stir Cove was packed with thousands of enthusiastic fans, eagerly waiting to experience his soulful melodies and heartfelt lyrics. As the first chords resonated through the cove, you could feel the collective excitement. Kahan kicked off his set with the hit, “All My Love”, and the crowd went crazy!
Noah effortlessly transitioned from one song to another, flawlessly blending tracks from his latest album, “Stick Season”, with fan favorites from earlier releases.
