St. Patrick’s Day was the perfect time for an amazing rock and roll show, and that’s exactly what fans were given on March 17, 2024 at The Waiting Room in Omaha, Nebraska.

Starbenders, a glam rock group from Georgia, kicked off the night with a powerful set. Lead singer Kimi Shelter commanded attention with her magnetic stage presence, effortlessly weaving between sultry whispers and powerful, raw vocals that sent shivers down the spine.

Currently, the group consists of Kimi Shelter, Aaron Lecesne, and Kriss Tokaji.  Guitarist Kriss Tokaji unleashed blistering riffs that soared through the air like lightning bolts, while bassist Aaron Lecesne provided a rock-solid foundation that kept the crowd pulsating with every beat. The group has almost 110 thousand monthly listeners on Spotify, and their latest album, “Take Back The Night,” is definitely worth checking out. What a great way to start the show!

Next to the stage was Diamante, a California native who puts a new spin on the term glam rock.  The literal definition of diamante is a “glittering ornament, such as an artificial jewel, rhinestone, or sequin.” She definitely lived up to her stage name!

With her signature black leather attire and glittery makeup, Diamante exuded confidence and charisma as she belted out her anthemic rock tunes. Her powerhouse vocals cut through the air like a razor, carrying the weight of every emotion she poured into each lyric.

Backed by a band that matched her intensity note for note, Diamante tore through her setlist with a relentless fervor that left no room for complacency.
