MGK: Lost Americana Tour

November 25, 2025 – CHI Health Center – Omaha, NE

November 25, 2025 was a cold night in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, but things heated up fast at the CHI Health Center when MGK (Machine Gun Kelly) brought his Lost American Tour to town. The night kicked off with Julia Wolf. Unfortunately, I didn’t get clearance in time to catch her set, but everyone I talked to afterward said she absolutely crushed it and set the tone perfectly for the night.

MGK has come a long way from his Cleveland rap roots. Over the years, he’s evolved into a true genre-bending artist, bouncing between hip-hop, pop-punk, and rock with ease. He’s earned multiple Grammy nominations, won Favorite Rock Artist at the American Music Awards, and hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with Tickets to My Downfall — a massive moment in his career that proved his rock era was here to stay.

This guy knows how to put on a show. He looked great, sounded great, and brought nonstop energy from the first song to the last. The crowd was locked in the entire time. One of my favorite moments of the night was when he broke into a cover of “Iris” by the Goo Goo Dolls — a bold choice that actually worked beautifully in the arena. His cover of “sun to me” by Zach Bryan was another standout, showing off his softer, more emotional side.

MGK currently has over 16.6 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and it’s easy to see why. His latest tracks, “WHO I WAS” and “clichè” featuring the Jonas Brothers, are both definitely worth adding to your playlist if you haven’t already.

From the visuals to the vocals to the connection with the crowd, everything just clicked. Cold night outside, but inside the CHI Health Center, it was nothing but heat. Fantastic show!
