December 9, 2022 – Orpheum Theater – Omaha, NE
On Friday night December 9th, country music star Martina McBride brought her “Joy of Christmas” tour to Omaha, Nebraska. Thousands of fans packed the Orpheum Theater to enjoy McBride, a 14-time Grammy Award nominee and 4-time winner of the Country Music Association’s Female Vocalist of the Year, perform all of her favorite holiday songs. With a stage decorated to the nines with “snow”, Christmas trees, and lights, McBride looked absolutely stunning in her flowing red gown and beautiful jewelry. She looked and sounded amazing, and made it her mission to instill holiday cheer in everyone that attended. McBride has over 3.4 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and is one of country music’s most accomplished female artists. She has released 14 studio albums, and this is her twelfth year putting on her “Joy of Christmas” tour. This was my second time seeing Martina McBride in concert, and she delivered. To my surprise, she even performed her iconic song, “This One’s For the Girls”, which drew a big pop from the crowd. If you have the chance to see her live, do it. She has elegant stage presence and puts on a great show!
