April 30, 2023 – Baxter Arena – Omaha, NE
For King & Country is an Australian Christian pop duo that’s been making waves in the music industry since their debut in 2012. I recently had the opportunity to attend one of their concerts, and I must say, it was a truly unforgettable experience. The group visited the Baxter Arena in Omaha, Nebraska on Sunday night April 30, 2023, and definitely gave fans their money’s worth.
The atmosphere was electric from the moment the duo took to the stage. The crowd was a mix of all ages, and it was clear that everyone was there for the same reason – to enjoy the music and the message it carried.
For King & Country’s setlist was a perfect mix of their biggest hits and some of their newer songs. The duo’s harmonies were absolutely stunning, and they had the crowd singing along to every word. The band’s instrumentation was also top-notch, with the drums, guitars, and keys all coming together to create a powerful sound.
One of the highlights of the concert was when For King & Country performed their hit song “joy.” The audience was on their feet, clapping and dancing along to the infectious beat. Another standout moment was when the band performed “God Only Knows,” a song that carries a powerful message of hope and encouragement.
Throughout the concert, brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone also took the time to share their faith and their personal stories with the audience. They spoke about the importance of standing up for what you believe in and being a light in the darkness. It was clear that their message resonated with the crowd.
The 4-time Grammy Award-winning group has over 2.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Their latest album, “What Are We Waiting For?” proves why they have staying power.
For King & Country’s concert was a truly amazing experience. Complete with confetti cannons, smoke machines, laser lights, and massive video screen, the group created an unforgettable ambiance. Their talent, energy, and heart were on full display, and it was clear they’re passionate about their music and their message. I would highly recommend seeing them live if you ever have the chance!
