Collective Soul: 30th Anniversary Tour

February 11, 2025 – Steelhouse – Omaha, NE

On a bitterly cold night in Omaha, Nebraska, on February 11, 2025, Collective Soul brought the heat to Steelhouse with their electrifying 30th Anniversary Tour. With no opening act, fans didn’t have to wait long for the iconic band to take the stage—and when they did, the crowd erupted.

In case you’re not familiar, Collective Soul burst onto the scene in the early ‘90s when their song “Shine” became a surprise radio hit, launching them into rock stardom. Formed in Stockbridge, Georgia, by singer-songwriter Ed Roland, the band quickly followed up with their self-titled 1995 album, which went triple platinum and spawned hits like “December” and “The World I Know.”

Over the years, they’ve released multiple chart-topping albums, racked up seven No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock chart, and sold over 10 million albums worldwide.

The band was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in 2009 and continues to tour and release new music.  They currently have over 3.4 million monthly listeners on Spotify and their latest album, Here To Eternity, is definitely worth adding to your rock playlist.

From the moment they hit the stage, they had the crowd on their feet, singing along to every word. Ed Roland’s energy was infectious—dancing, twirling his mic stand, and making sure every fan felt the love. Of course, the setlist was stacked with classics like “Shine,” “The World I Know,” and “December,” but they also threw in some newer tracks like “Mother’s Love” that proved they’re still cranking out great music. The band sounded as tight as ever, and the nostalgia was real, but this wasn’t just a trip down memory lane—it was a reminder that Collective Soul still rocks!

With their 30th Anniversary Tour proving their staying power, the band remains a force in rock, delivering the same infectious energy that made them a ‘90s staple. They put on a fantastic show!
